form and unused wastage placed underneath the
over head power lines.

d) Whether any temporary/loose wires present.




particular equipment

(Damaged/corroded shall be replaced with new one)

(Same shall be replaced with GI/Cu wire or flat)

Protection from Lightning in the industry premises
Whether Earth strips provided for Lightning spikes have
continuity.
Whether entire premises of the industry comes under the
protection zone of Lightning Spikes/Conductors .
General
Whether any personal protection equipment provided while
working on electrical maintenance work.
Whether Earth Electrodes, Earth strips and Bolts and nuts
provided for Earth pits as per BIS:3043/1987
(Damaged/corroded shall be replaced with new one)
Whether the earth resistance values and Results recorded
in a register (Enclose copy of the Test Report )
Whether IR values of 33kV cable, 11kV cable and LT cable
from Transformer to PCC panel measured periodically.
Any other points noticed by the Deputy Electrical
Inspectors during the Joint Inspections shall be complied
by the Occupier.
REPORTS
i) Authorised Testing Agency for TEST REPORTS shall be
approved by A.P. State Government .














