 Check presence of Minimum Two
Ice packs put in the sample box to
maintain proper temperature.
 In Case duration of more than 10
Hours transit time then extra Ice
Packs should be put in to maintain
temperature.

 Check availability of delivery service
e.g. Daewoo, TCS etc.
For Local Vans
 Write down Date, Time of Dispatch,
Driver name, Vehicle name and
tentative reach time and Send the
SMS
message
to
Logistics
department.

 Send SMS of the slip # to Logistics' 04 designated

sample etc. in the SMS message

STEPS FOR PICK UP OF OUTSTATION SAMPLE
BY LOGISTICS
 For Daewoo: Get the Message from Logistics deptt.
And pick from Daewoo
 Check the Driver’s contact details by calling. In case
of wrong no. share the details with supervisor.
 Hand over the sample box to accessioning
 Fill Out the log sheet and mention the details in it.

DELAY IN TRANSIT
 Reason of delay might by due to Fog,
Agitation, Public gatherings,
Accident.
 Inform your immediate Supervisor
for Delay.
 Find out Solution to handle the case
on HIGH PRIORITY BASIS.

COOLERS WASHING?
Sample Transit Protocols for Riders/Drivers
RESPONSIBILITY OF COOLERS WASHING?
 Local coolers will be washed by riders & bike riders on
weekly basis and incase of spillage it should be washed
urgently.
 Outstation Cooler should be wash by respective
outstation collection point. Regional Manager’s will be
responsible to ensure it, whether they are washed
properly.

URINE SPILLAGE
 All riders should be aware to check the urine samples
while packing in coolers.
 They should notify the samples to avoid spillage of the
urine samples & maintained a log.
