Essay Specifications
Entrants
should
ensure
they
have
read
these
specifications prior to submission as failure to comply
with these specifications may result in disqualification.
◊ Your answers should be no more than 500 words +/10% (excluding references, headings and title text)
◊ Only one entry is allowed per person.
◊ Essays should be submitted directly via the
competition entry form. Essays received by email will not
be considered.
◊ Your entry should be anonymous. You should NOT
include your name on your file upload or within the
answer itself.
◊ Your submission should consist of a single PDF file.
Bibliographies and appendices should be included in the
same document as your essay. Only one file will be sent
to the judges.
◊ Entries must be written in English. If English is not
your first language, judges will take this into account and
mark accordingly.
◊ Your submission must be double-spaced..
◊ The font must be Times New Roman with font size 11
points.
◊ All entries must be the original work of the entrant
and must not infringe the rights of any other party.
◊ Entries must not contain defamatory, obscene,
offensive, or any other unsuitable material
◊ All entries must be received by 23:59 UK time on
Tuesday 5th January 2021. Only entries that are received
by Immerse Education, via the competition entry form, by
the closing date will be eligible for the competition.
