History
Since rock paper scissors is game to be hundred years old or more, it is not clear where it was originated
but still some countries from the past have their own idea of the game, like in Japan, in Japan the game
was created and the game was called “shoushiling” and it would be called as jen-ken. Up to now the
game is still popular. Some says that the game was created by a French commander and change the
name into Roshambo or Rochambeau. In UK Rock Paper Scissors were created by Doug and Graham
Walker, they created the game because they don’t have any idea what to put in the web. But since they
were fund with playing rock, paper, and scissors, they thought about putting the game in the web to
make it worldwide and it was a success. After uploading the game in the web, the game became viral,
many countries made the game into a competition and even hold championship.
In conclusion, the origin of rock paper scissors cannot be certain, the game became popular during the
1900 in US and it was also popular in Japan and some European countries, the game also became
popular around the globe but for some who don’t know the game it would be difficult because it can be
used as a game to decide.
Mechanics
The mechanic of the game is simple, players don’t need any materials, like props, cards or any other
object. The only thing that the players need is their hand. Both player will just shake their hand
depending on how many they want, normally its three, after that both players can release their hand
either in paper, rock or scissors form. If the player throws rock and the opponent throw paper then the
opponent wins but if the player throws rock and the opponent throws scissors then the player wins.
Here the basic rule, if the game is rock vs paper, paper will win because paper can wrap rock. If the
game is rock vs scissors, then rock wins, because scissor cannot cut rock. If the game is paper vs scissors,
then scissor wins, because scissor can cut paper. But if both players throw the same object then the
game is the tie.

Rock Paper Scissors became a popular game back in the 90’s. in UK there was a competition held to who
want to play, there was also competition being held they were sponsored by Microsoft and Yahoo and
whoever wins get $10000. In japan the game is played by the popular idol Ak48 they are the ones who
played it they play with real referee and they can even cosplay during the match. If one of the member
wins they get to be the main idol and that is consider ti be the greatest prize.
