WORK PROCEDURE
1. Prepare tools and ingredients
2. Pour 50 ml of the sample into a 250 ml erlenmeyer then add 1
ml of sulfanylic acid, homogenize then wait for 2-8 minutes
3. Add 1 ml of Naphthyl (1-N) Etiendiamin dihydrochloride,
homogenize it then wait for 10 minutes
4. Fill the cuvette with aquades and put it in the
spectrophotometer, press zero
5. Discard the contents of the cuvette then rinse with the sample
solution
6. Refill the cuvette with sample solution then put it into the
spectrophotometer, press read
7. Record the results

1. Use lab coats, masks, latex gloves, safety glasses and
safety shoes before doing the analysis

WORK PROCEDURE
1. Rinse the filter holder using cotton that has been dipped in 70%
alcohol
