The results of the electrical tests performed following each irradiation step are shown in the
following tables. The two TLDs (90 and 91) that were attached to the fixture in the beginning of
the irradiation process were not removed and analyzed until after irradiation step #3; therefore, no
actual cumulated dose measurement was made or can be reported in irradiation steps #1 and #2.

TLD numbers 94 and 95 were used during irradiation step #4. The readings obtained from the
TLD Report (see APPENDIX B) show that an average of an additional 11.73krad was applied
during this step, which gives a cumulative total dose of 23.245krad.
After submitting the electrical characterization of step #4 to ThalesAlenia Space , we were advised
to remove units 177088, 177155, and 177193 prior to irradiation step #5. These units were
physically removed from the fixture, unpowered, and set outside the radiation chamber.

TLD numbers 100 and 101 were used during irradiation step #6. The readings obtained from the
TLD Report (see APPENDIX B) show that an average of an additional 19.18krad was applied
during this step, which gives a cumulative total dose of 58.205krad.
Post-radiation performance testing was performed at SDI over 24 hours following the completion
of the final exposure. Two units, 177157 and 177192, were non-functional. The results are shown
in Table 11 for those units that continued to function following the radiation testing. Scale factor
error is the percent difference between pre- and post-irradiation scale factor, and null bias at 22°C
mean absolute error is the absolute value of the difference between the pre- and post-irradiation
null bias means. Residuals from the post-radiation rate output model are shown in Figure 7
through Figure 10.
