RELATIONSHIP AMONG LABOR FORCE
PARTICIPATION RATE,UNEMPLOYMENT RATE
AND INFLATION RATE:
■ THERE IS A STRONG RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INFLATION RATE AND
UNEMPLOYMENT RATE.WE KNOW THAT,RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INFLATION RATE
AND UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IS NEGATIVE.IF THE INFLATION RATE OF A COUNTRY
RISES THEN THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE FALLS.
■ IF MONEY SUPPLY INCREASES THEN THERE BECOME MANY JOB OPPORTUNITIES
WHICH DEMAND LABOR FORCE.AND ULTIMATELY, THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE
DECREASE.
■ FROM THE ABOVE,WE CAN SAY THAT THERE ARE A STRONG RELATIONSHIP AMONG
INFLATION RATE,UNEMPLOYMENT RATE AND LABOR FORCE PARTICIPATION RATE…
