A political leader is unlikely to use
code switching as it may appear to
be unprofessional, and these
leaders always try to maintain a
sophisticated image. With that
being said, it may happen in a
spontaneous incident because they
may unconsciously switch to the
other language. However I don't
think they would do it purposefully.
