About Regional Management – Country COO
The Country COO provides oversight and governance for the franchise across all Business
and Infrastructure Functions including separate Legal Entities in Singapore, and support
optimisation of these functions. The Country COO will provide direction, guidance, and oversee
the co-ordination and control of all operational activities within their remit. They work closely
with the heads of Business and Infrastructure Functions, providing insights and
recommendations on future plans/ strategic goals, and have a strong network of contacts both
within and outside of the Bank. The Country COO will often provide oversight for the
implementation of critical projects and initiatives that impact the current operations in the
country. Country COO holds the primary relationship with the Monetary Authority of Singapore
and work with various government agencies in Singapore.
The primary role of the Business Management Analyst Trainee role is to support the Country

Trainee will prepare stakeholder presentations to support engagement with key
stakeholders as required
Trainee will help execute calls with agenda planning, collection of documents, tracking of
open issues, preparing meeting packs and writing minutes
Trainee will support any other duties that may be assigned/communicated from time to
time by other members of the Regional Management Team (e.g. Regional COO)
Your qualifications
Candidates are required to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint and SharePoint)
Analytical and problem solving capability and ability to independently identify issues, grasp
new concepts and provide insights
Conscientious and has high attention to detail
Highly organised with ability to prioritise multiple deadlines and deliverables
Excellent communication and documentation / presentation skills
Self-motivated and flexible
Ability to work autonomously coupled with ability to work virtually in a matrix / global
organisation
Minimum educational qualification: University graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree (must
have graduated in calendar year 2019 or 2020).
