Student will learn the foundation of Drawing using a variety of techniques. Students will apply
Elements of Design to their project design. Student will exercise their hand coordination to
drawing warm ups. Student will learn how to use their eye concentration through object
observation training.
Student self-direct still-life observation of placements. Student will draw objects to precise stilllife measurement. Student will draw gestures using their whole arm motion or direction and
warm up with drawing exercises or techniques.

Lesson
Guided Practice/Learning Activity
Each student will receive drawing paper and will draw the objects of the still-life. Each object
on the still-life is place accordingly to color coded levels. Student will follow color string
attached to each object introducing its heights and angles differences. Students are able to
describe the techniques in class discuss. Each design must incorporate all the elements.
Assessment:
In-class discussion, drawing observation, analyze objects & placements.
