The Office of Academic Affairs requires that an official transcript for all full-time and
adjunct faculty be maintained in their official file. A transcript needs to be obtained only
from the college or university where you received your highest degree. If you have not
already done so, please contact the appropriate college or university where you received
your degree and have an official transcript sent to:
