Paper 1

I am a member of TEAM called Assetz which includes other three members namely Kartik
Raju, Vinnie Lalwani and Noman. While completing the in-class test, we were discussing
about the accounting rules regarding the assets and liabilities and by discussion we reached
at the right solution. During the discussion, we all had made our points clear to each other
by providing the logic but in last we presented our solution with everybody’s approval. This
process has proved our team as cooperating, hardworking and mature team and we all
respect each other’s opinion.

We have operated in this way because we wanted to find the right solution of the problem
by taking into consideration everyone’s point. Discussion shows the free flow of
communication between us. This course has been operated in this way because nowadays
employers expect the graduates to be eligible to work in team. The course is designed in this
way so that we can solve business problem in innovative ways effectively and efficiently.
Working in a team in this subject can produce highly effective performance and it can
enhance the skills and knowledge of the individuals.

My team’s experience was highly successful as it was fun and creative way to achieve the
objectives. Team work has made us more confident and extrovert. Working in a team was
highly successful experience as it has enhanced everyone’s abilities and strengths. We as a
team have learned to depend on each other, to be accountable for each other. Team work
helps in achieving objectives effectively and efficiently as in team you have lots of different
skills and knowledge of all the members. Team work builds creativity and quality work.

In order to operate effectively and efficiently we will conduct weekly meetings. During these
meetings, we will plan about weekly targets and will measure team performance. At the
time of meeting, we will clearly define the role of each member and will ask everyone to
know their duties and responsibilities. In every meeting there will be different chair person
to improve the leadership quality of each member in a team. We will agree on common
objectives to achieve and need to follow the set guidelines and process to achieve the
targets. To operate effectively and efficiently we will build strong interpersonal relations
with each other, so that we can communicate freely with each other. One difficulty that we
will face is that we will not be able to meet face-to-face with each other (due to corona virus
lockdown)., which will affect the free flow of communication and ultimately it will affect the
team performance.

Micro-Credential has build a feeling of trust, respect, honesty for my team members that has
helped me a lot in interacting with my team members as it has made me realized the
importance of these factors while working in a team and in achieving the objectives
effectively and efficiently.

To deal with problem of face to face conversations we will be in regular touch through
frequent group video calls. We will motivate each other on phone calls, video calls and email
chats and we will try our best to make each other comfortable in exchanging ideas and
opinions.

My suggestions on operating process has helped me a lot in my future learning as I have
learned in advance how to work in a team and it has also taught me to build strong
relations with team members. It has enhanced my leadership qualities and the way of
presenting ideas.

As we all know, TEAM stands together everyone achieves more. Yes, this statement is
absolutely correct. After working in a team, I have realized that team work has enhanced
my creativity and skills that employers expect us to be eligible for a job. Working in a team
has made me realized my strengths and weaknesses. I have learned to present my ideas,
views in more effective and efficient manner. The best thing, i have learned after working in
a team is to be adjustable and to deal with problems in innovative ways. Team work has
helped us all in learning about the culture, skills and knowledge of other team members.
Team work has improved my leadership qualities, abilities and I focus more on producing
quality work effectively and efficiently.
