Giraffe Consulting Asia Pte Ltd has 3 brands called Supermom, Rise & Shine and SuperKids.

Learning Points
During my internship at Giraffe Consulting Asia Pte Ltd, Supermom.
I have learned a lot of things such as how to manage the cms system on the Supermom
website, resizing images, and quality checks on the products contents.
I have learned the important of communications. It is important because it brings everything
to be productive and operate effectively especially during the busy months when we are
rushing to get the products ready for the baby fair.
Suggestions to improve work process/environment
Well , things can be done to improve work process such as adding more products details at
the inventory updates column to make it editable such as babyfair price, marketplace price,
selling price, and stocks count as well. The filter can add in filter functions that can filter a
chunk of orders id at a time by separating the Ids with a comma or dots. So things can be
done in a effective ways!.
For the invoice , try to set a fixed title for every column in the excel sheet. And also a fixed
format of the mail merge word document template. So the reports/excel sheets wont be
complicated, things wont be changing. Mail merge could be done quickly and accurate. So the
invoice will be sent out quickly with no errors.

Conclusion / Recommendation
I felt that it was a super good experience that I had in my life, especially in this stage of being
a students. It helps to enhance and develop my skills, abilities, and knowledge, It was a good
experience and memories as not only I have gained experience, but also new friends and
knowledge. Supermom also a good place to do the internship since it provide numerous
benefits and advantages to the practical trainees. They provide us with our own places and
several accommodations such as Wi-Fi, thumbprint access and allowances. The treatment by
the company was equitable and professional. I’ve learned from different units and people. I
felt that all my colleagues are friendly and kind, they provide guidance whenever I am in need.
I am thankful and grateful to my supervisor, Kenneth Lai .I’d really appreciate all my times
being there.
