Email makes up the majority of our “inputs”:
DO IT - Do the things that take less than 2 minutes.
DEFER IT - Create a task in task manager.
DELEGATE IT - Create a task and assign to someone.
DROP IT - Archive email.
TIPS:
Email should NOT be used as a task manager.
“Archive” emails when you’re done with them.
