EVERNOTE Used to store all reference material, notes (not documents) Important emails may be stored in Evernote for better storage or for grouping with other notes. Documents attached to relevant tasks for reference Used for task management e.g. Asana, Todoist EMAIL Used for communication CLOUD STORAGE Used to store documents and files e.g. Dropbox, Box, Google Drive Schedule time to work on tasks. Adjust calendar appointments on the fly and adjust task due dates CALENDAR Used for time management and planning tasks Email makes up the majority of our “inputs”: DO IT - Do the things that take less than 2 minutes. DEFER IT - Create a task in task manager. DELEGATE IT - Create a task and assign to someone. DROP IT - Archive email.
