(Buyer) in payment of the purchase price of an area of One Hundred Square Meters (100m 2)
being a portion sold by me as registered owner from that certain real property designated as
Lot No. 3139-D of the subd. plan Psd-043406-073975 (AR) situated in Brgy. Palasan, Santa Cruz,
Laguna and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. C-344 of the Registry of Deeds of
Laguna and hereunder more specifically described as follows–

(AR) being a portion of Lot 3139, Cad. 278 Sta. Cadastre, LRC Record No. 16839,
Case 589), situated in the Barrio of Palasan, Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of
Laguna, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Canal; on the NW.,
along line 2-3 by Lot 3139-E; on the NE., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 3139-G; on the SE.,
along line 5-1 by Lot 3139-C, all of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked
“1” on plan being S. 00 deg. 44’E., 126.00 m. from BBM No. 29, Cad. 278 Sta. Cruz
