Conditions: To be carried out in the workplace or simulated workplace. Instructions: The following documents are to be created or existing workplace documents can be submitted as evidence. Task 1 1. Create an access form for new employees of your organisation. 2. Details what documentation will need to be completed when this account has been created and where it will be stored. Also list personnel that will be informed. 3. Ensure user access security information is on the form. This should state what the user has access to within the network and cover the use of documents and information from the company.
