Objective
At the end of this lesson, the students should be able to explain the negative effects of cigarette
smoking.
What is Tobacco smoking or cigarette smoking?
Tobacco smoking is the practice of smoking tobacco and inhaling smokes that consisting of particle
and gaseous phases. It may include simply taking tobacco smoke into the mouth, and releasing it,
as is done by some tobacco pipes and cigars

Tobacco smoke contains many chemicals that are harmful to both smokers and nonsmokers.
Breathing even a little tobacco smoke can be harmful and dangerous to person’s health
Smoking can lead to variety of ongoing complication in the body, as well as long term effect on
person’s body systems. It can cause negative effects on both circulatory and respiratory systems.
