Step 1:
Select the device and select Forget This Device or Unpair.
Step 2:
Turn the tablet’s Bluetooth setting OFF.
Step 3:
Clear all memory slots on the keyboard by holding the four corner keys (Home Key, ctrl, Delete, Right
arrow) for 5 seconds. You will know that you’ve done this correctly when you see the light quickly flash
between red and blue. At this point, the keyboard will reboot, then afterwards, the keyboard will enter
into pairing mode.
Step 4:
Turn the tablet’s Bluetooth ON and attempt to pair again. For pairing instructions, click

2. How do I forget the device?
Step 1:
Go to Settings.
