Statistik Tanaman Buah-buahan dan Sayuran Tahunan 2018 merupakan seri
publikasi tahunan BPS yang berisi data jumlah tanaman yang menghasilkan dan
produksi untuk 22 jenis tanaman buah-buahan tahunan serta 3 jenis tanaman
sayuran tahunan pada setiap provinsi di Indonesia. Untuk mengetahui ekspor
sejumlah komoditas, dalam buku ini disajikan pula kuantitas dan nilai ekspor ke
beberapa negara tujuan.

Data yang disajikan merupakan Angka Tetap (ATAP) Tahun 2018 hasil kerja
sama Badan Pusat Statistik dengan Direktorat Jenderal Hortikultura, Kementerian
Pertanian. Pengumpulan data di lapangan dilakukan oleh Kepala Cabang Dinas
(KCD), Dinas Pertanian kabupaten/kota, dan pengolahan data dilakukan oleh
BPS Kabupaten/Kota atau BPS Provinsi berdasarkan laporan KCD di seluruh
kecamatan di Indonesia.

The Statistics of Annual Fruit and Vegetable Plants 2018 is an annual
publication of BPS-Statistics Indonesia which provides data of harvested plant and
production for 22 types of annual fruit and 3 types of annual vegetable at provincial
level in Indonesia. Export of several commodities figures are presented in this
publication such as quantities and values of export by country of destination.

The data is 2018 final figures as results of cooperating BPS-Statistics Indonesia
with the Directorate General of Horticulture, Ministry of Agriculture. The field data
collections were conducted by Agricultural Extension Services while data processing
was managed by BPS Regional Office in each regency/municipality or province
level based on the report submitted by the Agricultural Extension Services from all
subdistrict in Indonesia.

Pengumpulan
data
tanaman
hortikultura
diselenggarakan
oleh
Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) bekerja sama
dengan Direktorat Jenderal Hortikultura,
Kementerian Pertanian. Landasan hukum
dalam pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan
penyajian data adalah sebagai berikut:
Data Collection for Horticulture is carried
out by BPS Statistics Indonesia in cooperation
with the Directorate General of Horticulture,
Ministry of Agriculture. The data collection,
processing, and dissemination are based on

Horticulture sub-sector has contributed
significantly in supporting national economy,
availability of food products, health and
cosmetics, trade, construction of gross
domestic product, and absorption of workers.
Data statistik tanaman buah-buahan
dan sayuran tahunan dibutuhkan oleh
pemerintah dan pengusaha (dunia usaha)
untuk perencanaan dan pengambilan
kebijakan agar pengembangan dan
perumusan perencanaan kebijakan, dan
evaluasi pembangunan tanaman buahbuahan dan sayuran tahunan lebih tepat
sasaran.
Statistical data of annual fruit and
vegetable plants are needed by government
and businessman (business) for planning and
policy making in order to the development
and formulation of policy planning and
development evaluation of annual fruit and
vegetable plants more precise of the target.
2 . DATA YANG DIKUMPULKAN
2 . INFORMATION COLLECTED
Dalam pengumpulan data Statistik
Pertanian Hortikultura (SPH) dikumpulkan
data tentang jumlah tanaman akhir triwulan
yang lalu, tanaman yang dibongkar/ditebang,
tanaman baru/penanaman baru, tanaman
belum menghasilkan, tanaman produktif
(yang menghasilkan dan yang sedang tidak
menghasilkan), tanaman tua/rusak, jumlah
tanaman akhir triwulan, produksi dan harga
jual petani per kilogram.
Data collection in Agriculture Survey
for Horticulture collects information on
standing crops at the end of previous quarter,
demolished plant, replanting plant, young
plant, productive plant (harvested and non
harvested), old/damage plant, standing crops
at the end of reporting quarter, production,
and price at farm market (Rp/Kg).

Hortikultura Tanaman BuahBuahan dan Sayuran Tahunan yang
dikumpulkan mencakup 22 (dua puluh dua)
jenis buah-buahan tahunan, yaitu : alpukat,
anggur, apel, belimbing, duku/langsat/
kokosan, durian, jambu biji, jambu air, jeruk
siam/keprok, jeruk besar, mangga, manggis,
markisa, nangka/cempedak, nenas, pepaya,
pisang, rambutan, salak, sawo, sirsak, sukun,
dan dan 3 (tiga) jenis sayuran tahunan, yaitu
Jengkol, Melinjo, dan Petai.

plants which is collected from Agriculture for
Horticulture in Annual Fruit Plants includes
22 type of plants are: Avocado, Grape,
Apple, Star Fruit, Duku, Durian, Guava, Rose
Apple, Orange/Tangerine, Pomelo, Mango,
Mangosteen, Marquisa, Jackfruit, Pineapple,
Papaya, Banana, Rambutan, Salacca,
Sapodilla/Star Apple, Soursop, Breadfruit, and
3 Annual Vegetable Plants are Melinjo, Twisted
Cluster Bean, and Jengkol.

The annual Fruit Crops are groupped into
three types, namely :

tidak berumpun dan di panen
sekaligus.
Groups of these fruits ussually bear
fruits by season. Although in these criteria
are classified into the harvest at once,
the situation in field are not absolutely
applicable as the above criteria, because
at harvesting time, the fruit is not yet ripe
or some ripe fruit has been pluced early.
When flowers come up simultaneously is
considering for this classification (Table 1).

biasanya berbuah menurut musim.
Meskipun dalam kriteria ini digolongkan
dalam panen sekaligus, keadaannya
di lapangan tidaklah berlaku mutlak
seperti kriteria tersebut diatas, sebab
waktu dipanen masih ada buah yang
belum masak atau sebagian buah telah
dipetik sebelumnya karena masaknya
lebih awal. Keluarnya bunga yang
relatif serempak merupakan dasar
penggolongan ini (Tabel 1).

5 . ORGANIZATION OF DATA COLLECTION
Laporan tanaman buah-buahan dan
sayuran tahunan diisi secara triwulanan oleh
Mantri Tani/Kepala Cabang Dinas (KCD) dan
dibuat rangkap 4 (empat). Dokumen asli
dikirimkan kepada BPS Provinsi, tembusannya
dikirimkan ke BPS Kabupaten/Kota, Dinas
Pertanian Kabupaten, dan satu sebagai arsip
di KCD.
The report on annual fruit and vegetable
plants are filled quarterly by the Agricultural
Extention Service (KCD). Each questionaire
is made in 4 (four) copies. The original copy
is sent to BPS - Statistics in Provincial level,
while the others are sent to BPS - Statistics in
Regency/Municipality level, the Agriculture
Office at Regency/Municipality, and the rest as
an archive at the KCD.

SUMMARY
Secara umum, produksi tanaman buahbuahan dan sayuran tahunan pada tahun
2018 mengalami kenaikan dibandingkan
tahun 2017. Kenaikan produksi buahbuahan tahunan terbesar terjadi pada
komoditas mangga sebesar 420.998 ton atau
19,1 persen (Tabel 1), sedangkan kenaikan
produksi sayuran tahunan terbesar terjadi
pada komoditas petai sebesar 93.290 ton
atau 43,72 persen (Tabel 5).
Generally, production of annual fruit
and vegetable plants in 2018 increased
compared to 2017. The largest increase of fruits
production was mango, production increased
sharply by 420,998 tons or 19.1 percent (Table
1), while the largest increase of production of
annual vegetables was twisted cluster bean,
production increased sharply by 93,290 tons or
43.72 percent (Table 5).
Penurunan produksi buah-buahan
tahunan hanya terjadi pada empat jenis
komoditas yaitu salak, jeruk besar, markisa,
dan anggur. Penurunan produksi terbesar
terjadi pada komoditas salak sebesar 57.349
ton atau 6,01 persen.

salacca, pomelo, marquisa, and grape. The
largest decrease was salacca by 57,349 tons or

Production of Annual Fruits
Based on the largest production, there
were five main commodities of annual fruits in
2018, consist of banana reached 7.26 million
tons, mango reached 2.62 million tons, orange/
tangerine reached 2.41 million tons, pineapple
reached 1.81 million tons, and durian reached
1.14 million tons. The five main commodities
were produced in almost every province in
Indonesia.
Produksi pisang mengalami kenaikan
sebesar 1,42 persen (101.698 ton), dan masih
menduduki peringkat pertama penyumbang
produksi terbesar. Provinsi Jawa Timur
merupakan provinsi penghasil pisang
terbesar dengan jumlah produksi sebesar
2,06 juta ton atau 28,36 persen dari total
produksi pisang nasional. Provinsi penghasil
pisang terbesar berikutnya berturut-turut
adalah Provinsi Lampung (19,80 persen),
Jawa Barat (15,50 persen), Jawa Tengah (8,45
persen), dan Banten (3,82 persen) (Grafik 1).

tahunan di tahun 2018 yaitu pisang sebesar

Tiga provinsi penghasil mangga
terbesar adalah Provinsi Jawa Timur, Jawa
Tengah, dan Jawa Barat. Kontribusi produksi
mangga di Jawa Timur adalah 40,36 persen
(1.059.325 ton) dari total produksi nasional.
Provinsi Jawa Tengah merupakan provinsi
dengan kontribusi terbesar kedua sebesar
16,90 persen (443.487 ton), diikuti Provinsi
Jawa Barat dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,41
persen (404.543 ton) (Grafik 2).

Timur was 40.36 percent (1,059,325 tons) of
national production. Jawa Tengah was the
second largest with contributed by 16.90
percent (443,487 tons), and Jawa Barat with
contributed by 15.41 percent (404,543 tons)
(Graph 2).
Provinsi Jawa Timur, Sumatera Utara,
dan Bali merupakan tiga provinsi penghasil
jeruk siam/keprok terbesar terhadap
produksi nasional. Produksi jeruk siam/
keprok di Provinsi Jawa Timur sebesar
Jawa Timur, Sumatera Utara, and Bali
were the top three provinces of orange/
tangerine producing. The production of
orange/tangerine in Jawa Timur reached
918,680 tons (38.15 percent), Sumatera Utara

reached 409,683 tons (17.01 percent), and Bali
reached 224,672 tons (9.33 percent) (Graph 3).

Lampung was the largest pineapple
producing in 2018, reached by 622,881 tons
or 34.50 percent of national. The next largest
production was Jawa Tengah reached 202,823
tons (11.23 percent), Jawa Barat reached
180,802 tons (10.01 percent), Sumatera Utara
reached 145,618 tons (8.07 percent), Jawa
Timur with 139,234 tons (7.71 percent), and
other provinces reached 514,148 tons (28.48
percent) (Graph 4).
Produksi durian sebesar 1.142.102 ton.
Lima provinsi dengan produksi terbesar,
yaitu Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan produksi
276.426 ton (24,20 persen), Jawa Tengah
sebesar 143.227 ton (12,54 persen), Jawa
Barat sebesar 95.056 ton (8,32 persen),
Sumatera Utara sebesar 82.873 ton (7,26
persen), Banten sebesar 77.629 (6,80 persen),
dan provinsi lainnya sebesar 117.706 ton
(40,88 persen) (Grafik 5).
The production of durian was 1,142,102
tons. The five largest durian-producing were
Jawa Timur about 276.426 tons (24.20 percent),
Jawa Tengah by 143,227 tons (12.54 percent),
Jawa Barat by 95,056 tons (8.32 percent),
Sumatera Utara by 82,873 tons (7.26 percent),
Banten by 77,629 tons (6.80 percent), and other
provinces reached 117,706 tons (40.88 percent)
(Graph 5).

The growth of harvested banana plants
quarterly in 2017 and 2018 were showed in
Graph 6. Based on Graph 6, it can be seen that
harvested banana plants in 2018 was same as
2017. There was a difference in third quarter,
number of harvested banana plants in 2018
was increase while decrease in 2017.
Grafik 7 menunjukkan pola banyaknya
tanaman mangga yang menghasilkan pada
tahun 2018 sama dengan tahun 2017. Dari
grafik tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa tanaman
mangga baru mulai menghasilkan pada
triwulan III dan mencapai puncaknya pada
triwulan IV. Pada triwulan I sampai dengan IV,
jumlah tanaman menghasilkan tahun 2018
lebih tinggi dibandingkan tahun 2017.
Graph 7 shows the number of harvested
mango plants pattern in 2018 was same as
2017. From the graph, it can be seen that
mango plants begin to produce in third
quarter and reached that peak in fourth
quarter. In all quarter, the number of harvested
mango plants in 2018 was higher than 2017.

bahwa pola banyaknya tanaman pisang

tanaman pisang yang menghasilkan
meningkat dibandingkan dengan triwulan II,
sedangkan pada tahun 2018 menurun.

The pattern of number of harvested
orange/tangerine plants can be seen in Graph
8. Based on the graph, harvested orange/
tangerine in first and second quarter in 2018
has difference pattern compared to 2017, but
the largest harvested orange/tangerine plants
occured in third quarter.

Pada Grafik 9 dapat dilihat bahwa
pola banyaknya tanaman nenas yang
menghasilkan tahun 2018 relatif sama
dengan tahun 2017. Jumlah tanaman
menghasilkan mencapai puncaknya pada
triwulan IV. Pada tahun 2018, jumlah
tanaman triwulan I sampai III lebih tinggi
dibandingkan tahun 2017.
Graph 9 shows the number of harvested
pineapple plants in 2018 has same pattern
compared to 2017. The peak of the harvest was
in the fourth quarter. Harvested plants in 2018
was higher than 2017 in first until third quarter.
Berdasarkan Grafik 10 dapat dilihat
bahwa jumlah tanaman durian yang

menghasilkan di atas, dapat dilihat bahwa
tanaman pisang, jeruk siam/keprok, dan
nenas dapat dipanen berulang kali/terus
menerus selama setahun, sedangkan
tanaman mangga dan durian merupakan
tanaman buah-buahan yang dipanen
sekaligus. Hal ini tercermin dari grafik
jumlah tanaman yang menghasilkan untuk
komoditas pisang, jeruk siam/keprok, nenas,
dan salak relatif datar, sedangkan grafik
jumlah tanaman mangga dan durian yang
menghasilkan mencapai puncaknya pada
triwulan IV.

harvested plants, it can be seen that banana,
orange/tangerine, and pineapple were
harvested continuously one year, while the
mango dan durian harvested at the same time.
It can be seen from the pattern in graph that
the number of harvested banana, tangerine/
tangerine, and pineapple plants were relatively
flat, while pattern of the number of mango dan
durian harvested plants reached that peak in
fourth quarter.

Pada tahun 2018 total ekspor hasil
tanaman buah-buahan tahunan Indonesia
sebesar 87,99 ribu ton dengan nilai US$
61,86 juta.

thousand tons and earned US $ 61.86 millions.
Ekspor buah manggis pada tahun 2018
sebesar 38,84 ribu ton menjadi penyumbang
devisa terbesar dari buah-buahan tahunan
dengan nilai US$ 33.278.463. Sebagian besar
buah manggis diekspor ke Cina, Thailand,
Vietnam, Malaysia, dan Hongkong. Pada

naik 355,79 persen (30 ribu ton) dan nilai FOB
naik 777,57 (US$ 29.486.357). Sedangkan
volume ekspor dan nilai FOB pisang pada
tahun 2018 meningkat sebesar 91,28 persen
(14 ribu ton) dan sebesar 88,07 persen (US$
6.842.014).

mangosteen increased by 355.79 percent (30
thousand tons) and FOB value was increased
by 777.57 percent (US$ 29,486,357). While
the export and FOB value of banana in 2018
increased by 91.28 percent (14,50 thousand
tons) and by 88.07 percent (US$ 6,842,014).

Produksi tanaman sayuran tahunan
tahun 2018 mengalami kenaikan dibanding
tahun sebelumnya. Kenaikan produksi
tertinggi terjadi pada tanaman petai sebesar
43,72 persen diikuti tanaman jengkol sebesar
32,96 persen, sedangkan tanaman melinjo
mengalami kenaikan sebesar 18,98 persen.
Production of annual vegetable plants in
2018 increased compared to the previous year.
The highest production increase occurred in
twisted cluster bean by 43.72 percent followed
by jengkol by 32.96 percent, while melinjo
decreased by 18.98 percent.

The distribution of jengkol production
unevenly distributed in Indonesia. Bali and
Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua
had few production of jengkol. At the national
level, the five provinces that largest jengkol
production were Jawa Barat produced 13,246
tons (15.08 percent), Lampung produced 12,991
tons (14.79 percent), Jawa Tengah produced
10,913 tons (12.42 percent), Banten produced
9,950 tons (11.32 percent), and Sumatera Barat
produced 8,269 tons (9.41 percent) (Graph 11).
Tanaman melinjo menyebar di hampir
seluruh Indonesia. Banten merupakan
provinsi penghasil melinjo terbesar yaitu
54.273 ton (22,69 persen), Jawa Tengah
sebesar produksi 51.213 ton (21,41 persen),
Jawa Timur sebesar 41.623 ton (17,40
persen), dan produksi sebesar 31.606 ton
(13,21 persen) di Provinsi Jawa Barat (Grafik
12).
Melinjo planted in almost of Indonesia.
Banten was the largest mlinjo production in
2018, reachd by 54,273 tons (22.69 percent),
Jawa Tengah which producted 51,213 tons
(21.41 percent), Jawa Timur which producted
41,623 tons (17.40 percent), and reached 31,606
tons (13.21 percent) in Jawa Barat (Graph 12).

Pada tahun 2018, produksi tanaman
petai nasional sebanyak 79,30 persen
dihasilkan dari tiga provinsi di pulau Jawa.
Provinsi terbesar penghasil petai yaitu Jawa
Tengah dengan produksi sebanyak 92.497
ton atau 30,16 persen terhadap produksi
nasional. Selanjutnya Provinsi Jawa Timur
dengan produksi 78.673 ton (25,65 persen).
Peringkat ketiga adalah Provinsi Jawa Barat
sebanyak 72.024 ton (23,49 persen) (Grafik
13).
In 2018, national production of twisted
cluster bean was 79.30 percent that producted
by three provinces. The largest production
of petai was Jawa Tengah with 92,497 tons
or 30.16 percent of the national production.
Furthermore, Jawa Timur was 78,673 tons
(25.65 percent). The third largest was Jawa
Barat which produced about 72,024 tons (23.49
percent) (Graph 13).
