1.0 INTRODUCTION
In making the quality students in for they do the something that can make
health care very good, the Faculty of Sports Science and Recreation will be
organizing a Sports Carnival at the Sports Complex, UITM Shah Alam. The sport is
also able to get a good relationship of the others that can make it as a family. and
thus programs such as diploma, degree and lecturer students can better understand
each other. And then, the sport carnival also make it to know how we can make the
whole batch in the faculty to be a part of the big family so we can know each other
when after the event
In order to make strong bond like a family it must a very fun and happy sports
carnival. And then we are doing a different games that we do it for this semester. It
such a different like as people can see from the others they are doing a common
sports game like volleyball, futsal or many more. But, in this carnival we improvised it
to be a additional games like we combine from rugby and frisbee, netball and futsal
and many interesting game that we do it. After that, the main point that we doing for
this semester the Sport Carnival is because this is the one of the important event
that Faculty of Sports Science And Recreation for all the students and lecturer to
participate and it is a activity from the association that have been stated.
In addition, it will also assist the faculty in realizing the vision of the Faculty of
Sports Science and Recreation, as a center of excellence and excellence in sports,
sports management and recreation that is world-class, ethical and world-class.
Through this organization, students can prepare themselves with knowledge from
how to systematically manage an activity so that the project gets everyone's

attention. The program also provides students with early preparation prior to entering
the industry and field of work.
2.0 OBJECTIVES

Expose to all participants the importance of sports in terms of health care

Enhance student management and skills in the field of protocols in activity
management and programs.

Introduce and practice aspects of sports science in a broader, easier to
understand context.

Develop a high level of sportsmanship among the participants.

Educate participants on the need for teamwork.

Strengthen relationships between FSR members and students and faculty.
3.0 TYPE OF PROGRAM
The program is a one day carnival. The program focuses on student and
faculty involvement in sporting activities that enhance the connection between
members of the Faculty of Sports and Recreation as well as improve their physical

and mental health. It have many types of game that must be play and all the
participants must join. The game also have a marks and the marks must been
collected from the first game to the last game. And then, it also have a special award
for the whole that have the price which given by the organizer which is from us. The
winner can get a special reward from us and also have the reward for the best player
for the men and girls. This type of program want to help our faculty that we can being
a one of the faculty that have a good relationship with others. After that we can know
about the students and the lecturers being closer relationship not even in the class
but in the event also we can make our close relationship that make it as a family
also. But, in this event we are have a different that we extend this for the whole day.
At night, we have a dinner for all the students and lecturer for the closing ceremony
of the event to give the reward for the winner and also make a appreciations for the
students that have their last semester for this year.

CONCLUSION

The existence of such a program is a program of the Faculty in order to
produce students who make the sport one of the platforms in addition to
health care would strengthen the bonding between students diploma or
degree with teaching staff. As a student, we want to get the close
relationship with others and also lecturer that we being as a family and
don’t be like we not to be friends each other because it can make our
relationship that we do can be broke.

COST SECTION
The objective of the Cost Section is to provide sufficient cost information to
substantiate that the proposed cost is realistic, reasonable and complete for the
proposed work. The cost proposal should provide enough information to ensure that
a complete and fair evaluation of the reasonableness and realism of cost or price
can be conducted and reflect the best estimate of the costs for the program. This
cost section will calculate the budget for Sports Carnival at the Sports Complex,
UITM Shah Alam. There will be no benefit to the organizer and if any extra money
will be gift to the faculty for use in any future events organized by the faculty

For this event it will need a referee, so we need a 4 student for being a referee to the
game. We decided to give each volunteer a allowance that cost RM 25.00.

Make a price tender with syida catering seksyen 7, Documentation of agreement
both side about the preparation meal for dinner, so that we bind with Law. For
coupon, we will ask the vendor café for participation for accept the coupon. Stall
renting will have a agreement so that the monger will obey the law that UiTM created
because the event held in UiTM.
OVERHEAD
There will be many costs incurred by an organisation that cannot be directly
attributed to specific events, programs and services. It may well be the case that the
organisation's overheads are proportionately greater than direct costs. Therefore, it
is extremely important to ensure that the budgeting process takes account of all
overheads. But in this event don’t have a overhead cost.
