Process for application/ passes to resume operations of industrial/
commercial establishment in Green/ Orange Zones in 14 districts for Auto
Approvals for establishments allowed as per MHA guidelines [Ambala,
Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Fatehabad, Hisar, Jind, Kaithal, Karnal,
Kurukshetra, Narnaul, Rewari, Rohtak, Sirsa, Yamunanagar]
Sign in to the portal. If new user,
then register at the portal first and
then login.

2. Fill up the form with all the required details and click “Submit”
3. Attach documents (available from downloads) in “Attach

Competent authority may visit the premises of the units provided approvals in the due course to
ensure the compliance of MHA guidelines. At the time of visit, applicant will be required to
provide all the necessary documents to the competent authority.
Display the copy of the permission certificate on the notice board of the company.
