Memo to Seniors and Senior Parents 5.18.2020

Good afternoon Seniors and Senior Parents,
Please note that Seniors are scheduled to come in on Wednesday, 5/20/2020, to
complete the following:
* Locker cleanup
* Returning chromebooks - Students, who are still required to complete missing credits,
may keep their chromebooks for now. They will return the charger, headphones and the
Chromebook in the original package.
*Textbooks *Calculators *Library Books
*Instruments
Seniors will park their vehicles in parking lot and report to the building
through parking lot door. School Nurse Aide, Ms. Mohsen will check their temperature
and follow up with building screening form completion.
No Senior will be allowed to enter the building without a mask.
Seniors will then report to main office to sign in and return their Chromebooks. They will
remain 6 feet apart and only one student will be served at a time.
They will then clear their lockers and return the books to the teachers.
Once all students in one group complete this process they will leave the building,
second group will start the same process. In the meantime, second group students will
remain in the gym after getting their temperature checked by Ms. Mohsen.
Please complete and sign the Daily School Building Screening Form (Form) on the
same day that you enter the building. Please use the link below to complete the form.
Please DO NOT complete the Form on the day before.

All authorized individuals at the school building will observe social distancing by staying
at least 6 feet apart, preferable at least 10 feet apart from one another No exceptions.
All staff and individuals are advised to wear face masks and gloves while in the building
and must be pre-approved, scheduled and go through the nurse aide to clear entrance
into the building.
All individuals including staff and students who report to the building must report any flu
like symptoms like chills, body aches, dry cough, fever, diarrhea, vomiting, loss of taste,
headache, difficulty breathing, runny nose, and/or sore throat to building principal and
nurse aide as soon as possible.
Staff or individuals who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or who are residing
with someone of who have been exposed to someone who is COVID-19 positive may
not report to the building, must stay home to quarantine or self-isolate for 14
consecutive days. It is recommended that you consult your primary health care provider
for further medical advisement and care.
