PROCEDURE: All staff employed by NL Murray, LLC are MANDATORY REPORTERS for any and all instances of abuse, neglect, and exploitation and will contact the ABUSE Hotline as well as any appropriate law enforcement agency as soon as they are aware of the suspected or confirmed abuse situation. All staff employed by NL Murray, LLC will also immediately notify their direct supervisor, Waiver Support Coordinator, and Region Liaison of the suspected/confirmed/reported abuse. All staff employed by NL Murray, LLC will educate their individuals on abuse, neglect, and exploitation no less than quarterly. This education can include but is not limited to: written documentation, written educational handouts, verbal communications, and role-playing scenarios.
