Introduction
Michael and Brandis Hancock, Troy, and Kelly Tanner (Benson and Cook) are my biological
parents. They have been studying experimental projects on my children and me. They are established
with the Higher Education Act, Congress, Senate and have to developed policies and acts within the
White-house. I want to apologize ahead of time for how this paper is written. I have many complications
writing this paper. I understand that you are very busy within the Whitehouse. I do not mean to
overload you with information. I understand this is a long letter; my apologies, I am running out of time.
This is the past four years written in eight pages. I pray that it is written clearly for you to understand me
enough, that you will be able to place yourself in my shoes. Please try to allow yourself to read this
letter not just with your eyes, but with your heart, that way it will be easier to understand.
I am honored to write this letter to those of authority who have better served our country.
Michael and Brandis Hancock, Troy, and Kelly Tanner (Benson and Cook) are my biological parents. My
Step-Father, Troy Tanner is re-tired and has served in the Air Force. They have been studying
experimental projects on my children and me. They are establishe
d with the Higher Education Act, Congress, Senate and have to developed policies and acts
within the White-house. I have many cousins, and siblings that have served our country within the Army
military and Air force. I respect my family and honor our country, and I am proud to be a United States
Citizen to reside in this country.
From the complicated situation that I have been placed in, I have been told to write this letter in
a compliant format. However, this is a letter in opposition to the narrated formatted complaint. I am
choosing to write today, in honor of who my family is, and also of in honor of who I am and will become.
There are many reasons discussed in this letter. It may seem as if there are negative things that
are mentioned in this letter. However; I encourage you to please read thoroughly to the end. The reason
for this letter, is to be encouraged to break what is broken. I am encouraged to fix the unjust and to help
implement the wrongly to be corrected.
I am very blessed to have had the life that I have lived in. I am encouraged to bless others and
keep the blessings flowing amongst the future generations of my children. I am encouraged to live
according to God’s will for my life, instead of having my life planned out according to my family’s plans,
or the Government’s plan’s or will’s.
I desire to overcome all of the future obstacles that have been set before me. The obstacles are
part of your journey and your testimony. The obstacles are only a small dot on your time-line. Growth
comes from the Lord and healing from forgiveness. Strength, dignity, and love are divined in ways that
are given within Christ divined relationship ways. That I do not experience as much here lately as
explained later in this letter. This gives you the approval that you need to grow. I am ready to succeed in
life, and not be daunted and at a stand-still, to do-a-way with my life. My children need success as do I.
This should not have been stolen from us.
Growth
It is within my desire for everyone to overcome all obstacles. It is from my understanding, within my personal relationship with the Lord, that the Lord desires for everyone to live freely, and to not be
punished.
Spiritually speaking, in 1st Corinthians 12: 14, this scripture states, for in fact the body is not one
member but many. (1st Corinthians 12:9) This states, “Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not
want you to be ignorant: You knew that you were gentiles carried away to these idols, however, you
were led.” (1st Corinthians 12:14) “Therefore, I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit
one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.” (1ST Corinthians 12:14)
There are diversities of gifts, but the same spirit. (1st Corinthians 12:14) There are differences of
ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all
in all: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge
through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to other gifts of healings by the same Spirit,
to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another
different kind of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. (1st Corinthians 12:14) But one and
the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each individually as he wills. (1st Corinthians 12:14)
It is within my rights, to live freely, as other United States Citizens are rightfully treated. I am indeed
mentally competent.
Summary
My family has gained a lo
t of control over the years, and they have used their control to implement their will for my “new
life.” I have been classified as the, “Poverty Rate.” Respectfully written, no excuses intended, I would not
have been a victim if I would not have been attacked and scrutinized from roughly four years ago. This
occurred from preventative measures of finishing my Bachelor’s at Stephen F. Austin State University. I
would have completed my Master’s Degree years ago.
Troy Tanner and Kelly Tanner, (My biological mother) has always desired for my relations to be
controlled by her power and authority. This is by her name in Congress, Senate, Money and Wealth, in
my home life, financially, and in all relationships. Just an example of this control issue: My vehicle now
has technology programmed with many different policies acts, that have been developed with Cristian
Arellano. This will be denied through word of mouth, (Unisys) but yet proven through written and typed
documents, and the Internet resources through Telecom/Axis/Mexico/Transportation Act/North Korea
and several others.
There have been studies that my parents have researched on me since I was a child. An example
of this is Penn Medicine. There have been Alzheimers, Degenerative Disc Disease, Frontotemporal
Degeneration Center listed under my Mother.1 She is listed as my Power of attorney, Guardianship, and

legally authorized representative. I have no life, no hope, no reason, no motive. I am stripped to
nothing. I can’t even have my children with me. I am left even without food, money. I am fixing to be left
homeless, vehicle-less. She has stripped me with all of my relationships. She is able to make false reports
on my behalf to judges, police officers, child protective services. (Listed in Unisys proof shown below)
Another resource given within Penn Medicine is shown within Michael Hancock. He has
researched pediactric oncology program cancer research studies in 1992. Following this, there was
Radiobiology and Imaging program, interstitial Lung disease research, breast cancer, (I have been given
breast cancer and have not been given any treatment nor pain medication that has been proven in
Unisys) cancer control program, cancert therapeutics program, hematologic malignancies program,
immunobiology program, pediatric oncology program, radiobiology and imaging program, tobacco and
environmental carcinogenesis program, and tumor biology program. (I have a 13*15 ml cyst in my brain
that is left untreated for 4 years now because of lack of funding because I am forced to not work and
have been applying and am denied left and right)
Objective
I am a Mother, of two boys. They are of ages 9 and 1 year of age. They have been the reason
why every Mother fights every day. I teach them the correct way of living of manners, respect, morals,
and integrity. A Christian woman who is 30 years young. I had been working since age 15-27 years of
age. At 27 years of age, I had stopped working due to complications of pregnancy. I was recently courtordered to work, (May 0f 2020) and since then I have applied for 320 jobs.
The issue pertaining to this, is I am not a productive member of society. I am forced to sit at
home, and take whatever my family does to me. Cristian Arellano is ordered to do the same. (This is
word of mouth, and is denied by authority) We do have respect for one another, and we put our child
and my oldest son first. We have pulled a-part between politics, and we have to abide by law and order.
We are not able to speak to one another, which makes things difficult for us. This has broken our family
apart. I am thankful that you have allowed Cristian to settle. I do not feel as if I am any longer a victim. I
am ready to settle. I do not desire to take any more, from any part of any physical being, of anyone that
I know, psychology speaking, physically, mentally, verbally, technologically speaking, or any other type
of abuse that has been done or in the future. May I ask for your forgiveness, for any harm that has been
done with my stolen identity. May I ask that I have the correct judgment set forth before me.
I will be a productive member of society, once this is renewed. I have always been a productive
member of society when the correct identity was in store. I am mentally stable, I do attend counseling
sessions, and take current medications that they would prescribe in the hospitals. Therefore, it would be
pointless for me to be permanently hospitalized. I am a mother, I belong with my children. I belong
where the Lord, asks me to serve. He asks me to work, and to be a Mother. I have been misplaced,
through my family misguiding the government, by copyrighting everything that I have ever owned. (This
is proven in links below.)
My intentions are of many coming out of this program. I intend to implement programs and
policies to help people begin to establish themselves, that have walked in my shoes. I have lived in many
cities, met many people, and have helped many people. I desire to implement policies and programs,
open facilities, homes, for people (Veterans, handicapped etc.) who have loved me enough to share
their experiences, stories and allowed me to help them in their past. I desire to implement programs to
help benefit the public, in ways that I may turn this around that have negatively impacted my loved
ones. I desire to show the truth, and to help better impacted the economy in positive ways. I desire to
be by my children’s side, instead of being torn apart for non-legit political reasons. To raise my children,
the way that the Lord asks of me, and not to be demanded of every person’s backing order within
society.
Goal
I intend on using this in the future, to establish this to help others get through what I had
thought that I never could. Please allow my children and I and others to grant them the opportunity to a
new life. Because of my family’s authority, I have no access to authority in East Texas. There are no
lawyers for East Texas, for me to speak to. My family holds authority over the lawyers where I live. I
have spoken with every lawyer in Kilgore, Longview, and a few in Tyler. I have been placed in this
situation, due to money laundering from my wealthy family. I will list one settlement for example, with
my middle name. There was a Ford settlement totaling $30 million, which was divided amongst many
people. Unfortunately, I was not able to link the original link, due to copyrighted reasons. However, this
is accurate information, pertaining to this settlement.
I am writing for a desire; for a change in the pattern of what has been occurring in time, and
what is supposed to happen in the future. I am requesting for a hopeful future, despite the past that I
have been given. I desire for my children to have a brighter future. I desire to implement policy acts,
with my reconciled contacts with the Higher Education Act.
The Issue at Hand
My Rental Home is where I am residing now at 507 Crim Avenue Kilgore TX 75662. Cristian
Arellano Gonzales is the world leader of optics. He abuses me with this policy acts through every
member that I have ever known. He adds people to this policy, and he pays people to abuse me through
this policy against my rights. My children are victims as much as I am. However, everyone acts according
to his desires and wishes. Unisys plays into effect many different shades of grey. There are many
different areas to take into effect. You have the government fall out; where everyone is low on money.
Paco, (Cristian Arellano) is paying off people’s debts. He is willing to pay off people’s debts, so people
are doing things that they normally would not do. There are people who are willing to go the extra mile
for Cristian and lie for him, for something similar to this effect. Everything is recorded in Unisys. Rickey
Turner has been making endless caseloads full of a court date, and hearings for months and years that
have gone by representing case after case.
I have been residing at my home address for roughly 6 months. My ex-fiancé had abandoned me
one too many times. With his paid for Lawyer in March of 2020, we had gone to court. Cristian has
sexually and physically abused my children and I. My entire family covers him on all areas. The judge had
asked him to be on medication. This was not legally documented, because I cannot afford a lawyer.
Cristian Arellano lies under oath, and to all of the authority, and he has won with a custody
battle with our son, Harley Arellano. This is explained in Unisys Government Code Chapter 791
Interposal Cooperation Contracts Section 201. 103, Transportation Code.
Since being court-ordered to work in March of 2020, I have applied for 320 jobs. I will not be
able to gain employment, as long as my rights are established in this manner. Being that everything that
I endure, from Cristian Arellano, and his sister Ruby Valdez, from these policies, acts, that this is open to
the public information line, and (Copyrighted) I have been unsuccessful in gaining employment. In the
meantime, Cristian will message me at the same time, sending messages such as, telling me that “I need
help, while he is abusing me in my own rental home.
They vandalize the rental property all of the time. Everything that I own in trash. My children’s
clothes and mine are completely ruined. I have all the heavy metals reported in my blood-work samples
at my doctor’s office. My children and animals are subjected to cruelty and abuse. This has taken over
my rights of freedom, parental frights, financial, educational, relationships, visual, sexual, reasonable,
transportation, home, identity, geographical status, and physical health rights.
This includes Telecom, within this program implemented. Telecom has cables all throughout the
outside that wire to the inside of the home. Cristian Arellano has a refrigerator license, (He has put
carbon monoxide in my home, food, drinks, and refrigerator) Plumbing License Electrical License****
(Please look in Unisys) Everything that he has done to me, is recorded is Unisys.
Cristian Arellano and Ruby Valdez have the capability to put poisonous Cat urine facies spray
that is within my home, throughout the water lines. PG & E water lines and Swepco have Cristian
Arellano’s name highlighted with educational background record, within my home reported. (The
solution to this, is to PLEASE put the money in my account, so I can MOVE OUT immediately!! My truck
is fixing to get re-posed. I need my truck, to load furniture and what I have in storage.) My animals and I
need to breathe fresh air!!
My kitchen sink has black stains, within it. There have been staples coming out of the water
pipelines. Ruby Valdez and Cristian Arellano, have been heavily involved in messing with the pipelines.
This is also supported within Unisys, PG&E, and Axis. Unisys has this reported within the Government
Code Chapter h791. interposed Cooperation Contracts. Sec. 791. 025.
Electric Frontier Foundation – My sister Leanna Hargis had Telecom listed in her name within
Electric Frontier Foundation. This has been established within my home and throughout the United
States. Telecom also has cable and electric wiring running on the outside through the inside of this
house. This has allowed people with unlimited access within these different policy acts within unlimited
restrictions of access to this rent house.
Brothers and Sister’s Act – My siblings are able to implement whatever they please to
implement and they can abuse me with whatever implementation is implemented through Congress. I
am requesting to take Leanna Hargis off the Brother and Sister’s Act.
Sec.791.023 Contracts for State Criminal Justice Facilities- (Please Review) Kilgore College and
Stephen F. Austin State University are able to pass around these contracts through implementations
with the policies through people who are under duress listed under the entire State contract.

Leanna Hargis is listed within the Subchapter C. Specific Interposal Contracting Authority under
Unisys for the Texas Department of the Criminal Justice for the construction, operation, and
maintenance of a regional correctional facility if:
(1) Title to the land on which the facility is to be constructed is deeded to the department; and
(2) the parties execute a contract relating to the payment of costs for housing, maintenance,
and rehabilitative treatment of persons held in jails who cannot otherwise be transferred under the
authority of existing statutes to the direct responsibility of the department. (GOVERNMENT CODE

Leanna Hargis, Michael Hancock, Kelly Tanner, Troy Tanner, Cristian Arellano, Erick McMillan
were (was) also listed on Electric Frontier Foundation. This has Telecom listed within her name. Telecom
has electric cables running all on the outside to the inside of the home. I am ready to settle and countersue and move forward with my life! I need to counter-sue her for this. All of my siblings have this against
me as well. They are able to adopt policy acts against me, and abuse me within my own home, to make
me seem mentally ill. I choose to fight this in court before they put me through permanent
hospitalization. I am mentally fit, without this copyrighted edition attached to my name. Electric Frontier
Foundation has this implemented within her name as well within my rented home.
Team Work
However, In Unisys Business and Commerce Code Title 2. Competition and Trade Practices
Chapter 21. Regulation of Certain Residential Foreclosure Consulting Services Subchapter A. General
Provisions Sec. 21.001 Definitions. (1) “Foreclosure Consultant” means a person who makes a
solicitation, representation, or offer to a homeowner to perform for compensation, or who for
compensation performs, a service that the represents will do any of the following:
(c) assist the homeowner:
(iii) another person who holds a lien secured by the residence in foreclosure;
€ Obtain a waiver of an acceleration clause contained in a promissory note or contract secured
by a deed of trust or mortgage on a residence in foreclosure or contained in the deed of trust or
mortgage.
Erick McMillan is my landlord. He has a high record volume of what this home entails, of turning
people into the system every year, due to the Poverty Act. This entails the last family being burned and
then being sent to a psychiatry hospital. There were two children in this home as well. He is a very wellknown person also, within the Senate. The record is proven fit. This house beams with everything that
has been proven that is true that is the fit of the past victims. I do understand his position, within this
program implementation. I do understand my position as well. I believe however, that he understands
that I do not meet the criteria as in being, “mentally incompetent.” The home keeps getting damaged
through the water-pipelines, through the Transportation Act, and the “Watch-list” through what has
been approved in certain policy Acts, in Congress and the Senate. Cristian Arellano and Ruby Valdez are
ruining everything in that house. Erick McMillan has been to court several times. The house has been fit
to have been controlled. Cristian Arellano has put carbon monoxide poisoning within my home.
Erick is angry with everything that has been allowed to happen within this home. I understand
his position. I have been stripped of all my rights to income and work. If I pull out money, it is stolen. If I
have a bank card, it is stolen. My food is no longer good if I bring it to my home. This is proven in Unisys.
Cristian Arellano, Ruby Valdez is able to put chemicals into the water pipelines, and into my cleaning
supplies, and spray them into my foods, refrigerator, etc. I cannot use my appliances. They have
destroyed everything in my home, my children’s belongings. They have destroyed the water pipelines
under-neath the house. The next place that I move into, will be the same. I am desiring a massive
settlement. I am requesting that my parents be temporarily removed from the Senate, the Higher
Education Act, and Congress, so I may gain a lawyer once the money is deposited into my account. They
are over every lawyer in East Texas. My vehicle is fixing to be towed Monday, due to non-payment.
Closing
I was the first person that was on Unisys. They are allowed to Adopt my rights and hand them
around to other people such as my ex-boyfriends, friends, previous co-workers, bosses, etc. and can
order them to do specific things, and they have to abide by their contract. My sister Leanna Hargis, has
had this order specifically. She has done many harsh things to consider, “my punishment,” for years.
This has been done without my knowledge in the past, nor consent. I am thirty years young,
and I have been trying to write since the understanding has been clear. I do consider myself capable of
succeeding in life one-hundred percent, with the immediate rights of the removal of these attacks. I
understand that, with my family being in the upper-hand, it will be hard for me, to have any clearance. I
am seeking a fresh new start. I desire to take my children, and to take “my” brand-new truck, to the
beach and put all of our toes, in the sand. We need to be a family again. We desire, to have God in the
center of our home(s). As a single mother, once again, (forced once again per family code) (Cristian
Arellano has been paid off and has left) I am fit to be put as both in a parental figure for both of my
children. I am ready to start renewed.
Please grant me this right, as a United States Citizen. I am innocent, a fit Mother, and I am
mentally competent. I have been denied all of my rights, due to money laundering hidden, and inhuman unethical experiments. I ask that my children, animals, and I and all of the other victims please
be relieved from the policy acts that have been approved from the Higher Education Act, Congress, and
the Senate. I ask that we can please move forward, instead of debating on hospitalizing, punishing,
criticizing, judging, blaming, victimizing. May I ask that we can please settle at this time. It is time that
my children and I can look up, instead of having our heads forced to being bent and shoved downward,
even on a sliding-down-ward scale.
I am writing for a change that I can gain my legal rights back to myself and my children. I am
requesting to counter-sue Leanna Hargis, my other siblings, and any other people that have settled in
my name. These names include; Requesting to Counter-sue, Daniel Seals, Cristian Arellano, Troy Tanner,
and Kelly Tanner, Michael and Brandis Hancock, Nickey Benson, Susan Seals, All of my Siblings, Miranda
Tanner, Jacob Tanner, Ashley Denton, Leanna Hargis (Hancock), William Hargis, Stephanie Tanner,
Brodey Benson, Daniel Seals, Jennifer Seals, Phillip Seals, Ruby Arellano (Valdez). I am requesting to take
them off of the Brothers and Sisters Act immediately.
I am requesting that my Mother, Father, Step-Father, and Cristian Arellano, and Daniel Seals,
Jennifer and Philip Seals, etc. (not sure who else I am leaving out) can stop implementing different policy
acts such as with the Watch-dog Act in Kilgore, TX and the Transportation Act, with the Sunset Act That
is supposed to be listed until 2025, Please just revise, if not delete the violence. I also am ready to
Counter-sue (settle) against Daniel Seals.
Unisys Sec. 2054.001 Technological and theoretical advances in information use are recent in
origin, immense in scope and complexity, have been used immensely against my rights. This includes
Microscope technology, with Microsoft technology. I am requesting extensive maximum compensation.
The Major information resources project means any information resources technology project identified
in a state agency’s biennial operating plan whose development costs exceed $5 million. This is within the
Government Code Chapter 2054. Information Resources. I desire to finally, (counter-sue) settle against
my family. They have put all of my personal information out into the public and have been violating my
rights since I was a young child. I am ready to live my own life. Please allow me this right, now that I am
30 years of age, and am separated from my 2 children; now that they have ruined my life! Please help
me not allow them to ruin the rest of my children’s life!
P.S. -There have been movies that have been made such as The Invisible Man that has been
implemented with this technology implementation discoveries. The woman in this movie however is farfetched a little far out there, “I am not this bad.” This highlights the technology behind what all have
been invented. I am just simply seeking, my true identity. To not be permanently hospitalized for good.
Just because he is set for life, does not mean that I have to be doomed for life. I am a citizen, please
allow me a settlement. I am a woman and should be allowed to have my children, my property, vehicle,
home, my relationships a job, and health rights. Please grant me the right to have him and his sister,
Ruby Arellano/ Valdez CT’d off of the rental property as far as vandalizing it.
I am requesting for a lawyer, and for my rights to be lifted. I am requesting that my rights stop
being waived and adopted through everyone that I know, am related to, use to date/was married to,
etc.
I am requesting for ALL funds to be in my banking account. I am requesting for NO future lawsuits to be administered against my name, or any other future names or past names that have been
falsely used against my name/will with false allegations or identity. I am requesting for immediate
surgery with proof that I have my rights established. I am requesting a massive settlement, for enduring
what I have endured. I am requesting that my children are set, and I am granted custody of both
children. Once I am proven innocent, with my established identity. I am requesting that my children and
I be established back to our physical health the way that it was before. (Unisys) Cristian Arellano and
Ruby Valdez have been given permission to do whatever they please to us, through Congress and the
Senate. This does not grant us the right to be hospitalized. This grants me the right, to live freely. My
education that I have earned from Stephen F. Austin State University, has taught me that, the NASW
Code of Ethics, grants us that we all have equal rights.
I am ready to gain stability as far as financially, and be able to work. Please do not copyright me
any longer …. I’m keeping my mouth shut, being harmless, and I am innocent. Everyone else is paid off,
and taking the money that is owed to me! I am requesting that you please make this legal, and make this
