ACME’s current eStore eCommerce platform (Order management, Pricing, Quote, Product configuration, Fulfillment
etc.) is developed using Java based technology over 10 years ago.
•
There are multiple eCommerce portals developed for different category of products over a period of time such as
General eStore, 3PA eStore, Toner eStore, Forms library etc.
•
Multiple ecommerce portals built over time
•
Current system do not support any price variations (promotions, volume-based discounts, customer pricing etc.,)
•
Need to have overall eCommerce strategy and grow online sales.

Functionality to sell intangible products such as: Subscriptions forms, Downloads, Free Trials, etc.
Ability to add/update products, it’s pricing, information, images, videos, etc.
Easy to integrate, has pre-packaged integrations to a wide variety of tools/software.
Well documented API's that can be used to integrate to any 3rd Party or internal system.
Appropriate tools and certifications to protect against fraud and malicious attacks
Standard functionalities like, Reporting, check-out facility, order management,
Supports payment methods including purchase orders, CC, etc.
Ability to control editing rights by product category, geography etc. and facility for approval.
