Where do I see myself in the future and how can I make the world a better place around me? The goal of every student who studies Auditing is to become a part of the Big4 companies in the future. As a motivated student, I want to succeed in my professional, therefor I propose to start I a international organization, such as EY. I believe, that EY Future Auditors Club is a great opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills, that definitely will contribute to my future job. My goal for the near future is to get an internship at EY and to grow not only in the field of auditing, but also in consulting and taxation. In the future I see myself as a highly qualified, competent auditor. "Your future is created by what you do today” Robert Kiyosaki I completely agree with this phrase, to comply with expression, today, I get a quality education, developing in different directions. I think my experience of studying in Malaysia, where students from all over the world come together, has helped me to become competitive and move forward in spite of my failures. Obtaining a Master’s degree in Finance in the United States and working at EY branches will open up new horizons and perspectives for my career. After all, generating profit will not be a problem and cause any questions, because I am going to introduce foreign experience, perform quality work. To have certificates like ACCA, CFA is important to me. As, becoming a certified accountant gives me an opportunity to move up the career ladder in audit. I want to benefit the world around me, to be useful for my country. According to some reports, there are about 100 people in Kazakhstan who have a CFA certificate. This indicator is significantly low for the financial sector, in order to improve it, it is necessary: - To open special courses on preparation for international exams; - create a club of mentors to advise students, young professionals, online; - find sponsors who can pay the exam fee; - to give grants from the state. The same way to bring up the younger generation in honesty, integrity and competence. All these qualities are the basic principles of leadership, which increase the likelihood of long-term and professional success. I will be an example for yourth, and have all these qualities in me, thereby promoting young generation towards a brighter future. According to official data, Kazakhstan ranked 122th out of 180 countries in the world in terms of corruption. This is a vivid example of the fact that all of the above qualities are practically not observed in our country. The most effective solution to this global problem is very simple: start with yourself. For example, the world experience in fighting corruption: the phenomenon of Singapore. Prime Minister, one of the initiators of reforms, Lee Kuan Yew. Self-discipline, the principles of this man has turned the country "third world" into a state with advanced economy and low level of corruption. He began to change from his surroundings, perceived his loved ones and the people at the same level, and the laws are equal to everyone. This practice might solve a second problem in Kazakhstan – high unemployment rate. One of possible tools for reducing corruption is increasing salaries for official and public employees such as teacher, policeman, lawyer. Money earned by honest work brings more pleasure, thereby, developing an incentive to increase efficiency and reducing unemployment rate. In turn, I will do my utmost to help solve these problems.
