Step 2: Stick one marshmallow firmly on the end of the skewer Step 3: Turn on your Bunsen burner and roast your marshmallow. REMEMBER! Do not hold it too close. If your marshmallow catches fire, remove it from the flame and blow on it. DO NOT fling it! Step 4: When your marshmallow is roasted, put it on top of the chocolate on the cracker. Use the other cracker to sandwich the marshmallow. Now pull the skewer out of the marshmallow. Step 5: Observe the substances. What happened to the crackers? What is happening to the chocolate?
