I have recently seen your advert for a customer service representative and i would be

I have had a solid background in customer serives and throughoutly enjoy talking to
different customers. I feel that i would make a good representative of the company
for the customers and think that my communication skills are the biggest strength.
I have had cases in the past which have been quite difficult to deal with but i have
always dealt with these effectively and always know when to escalate a problem that
cannot be resolved a my level. I am not deterred by rude customers and try my best to
make the situaton calmer for all concerned.
