Home Challenge
Week 1 Term 4
Dear Parents/Caregivers,
Your child will be taking home a home challenge grid in which they will have a variety of activities to
choose from and will be checked on Mondays. Each night they have 3 compulsory activities: spelling,
reading and housework. By the end of the week, they need to have completed only 1 extra activity and
be signed off by you however, they are more than welcome to do them all. I will be collecting their
books on Friday. Extra activities will be based on the other curriculum areas such as: The Arts, PYP,
Physical Education and Health, Mathematics and social skills. If they cannot complete a compulsory
activity due to after school commitments, please write this in the box or communication book.

Fletcher can choose which homework task he would like to do. He can do handwriting or reading. It
would be beneficial for Fletcher if he didn't do the same task each night.
