Application
This series of mechanical vibration test machine is combined with vibration platform, vibration table,
and control cabinet ,it is designed in humanized controlled idea , beautiful appearance, smooth lines.The use
of the machine is simple and convenient without special foundation when installation;
This series of machines are widely used in electronics, components, mechanical and electrical products,
instruments and meters, communication, automobile, motorcycle, household appliances and other industrial
products for the vibration of the quality system certification and inspection.They are used for founding early
failure, and analog assessment of actual working condition and structure strength test. The series of products
also can be applied to various products of scientific research and production line of resistance vibration test.It

Control panel
1. Emergency stop switch
If under the emergency condition, push this button can stop the machine;
2. Power switch
after connected with cable, turn it on, the machine gets power and starts to work;

Can be connected with U disk, download test data

IV.Installation Method
4.1.Installation and positioning: This machine don’t need special basic infrastructure, only need to be fixed
on the firm flat cement floor or firm horizontal table ;
Notice：the floor or the table must be in horizontal level and stable and firm;
must keep the test platform is in horizontal level;
4.2.Power information：please equip connect with the right power as the nameplate showed；
Notice: please check the power capacity, try to avoid using one power source for
several machines in case of reduction voltage affects the machine even worse to accident
shutdown;

Input voltage error should keep within ± 10%, make sure the machine is right well earth
grounding, in case of electric leakage lead to hurt ;
4.3.Connect with wire: connect the related wires rightly and firmly as the mark showed;
4.4. Running environmental requirement: room temperature condition;
4.5. Fix the test sample: the test sample must be fixed by grips or use the equipped fixed rope and tieback
positioned tightly on the working platform, put the center of the test sample on the center of the
working platform when fixing it;
Before the machine starts working after power connected, please take notice to the
below matters:
check whether the power switch is turned off or not;
check whether the sample is fixed well or not;
check the output line of control cabinet is connected well or not, the control cabinet
wires is connected well;
turn on the power check indicate light is on the site of “on”;

V.Operation Steps
Test Machine Manufacture
Major function：fixed frequency testing and sweep frequency testing two working
modes;(sweep frequency test include:logarithmic frequency sweep,linear sweep）
vertical vibration direction;
Fixed frequency test: set the needed frequency points up to the testing requirement, keep
on fixed frequency vibration test on the set point when the testing
starts;
5.1. Fixed frequency test：
Turn on the power switch, the vibration controller will display the starting screen, wait for
a while, it will automatically jumped to the fixed frequency test screen

status display frame：display current running status
set time：click set frame, input the needed test time, unit is “S”
run time：display current tested time, unit is “S”
zero：click it to clear the running time to zero
Notice: To prevent wrong operation, the buttons need to be long pressed one second；
this button can’t be operated under the running condition;
set freq：input the test needed frequency in set frame, unit is Hz
out freq：display the vibration table current working frequency, unit is Hz
vertical：click it if displays in green color, the vibration table will switch over to vertical vibration status,
press it again it will display in red, then the vibration table switch over to the horizontal vibration status;
Notice： A type machine without horizontal vibration function, so this key can’t be operated
start：press it will appear a drip ring, the controller will go to a calculation status, after delayed for several
seconds, it will display in green, the vibration table starts working, status frame also displays in working
status
Notice：after clicked the start key, the controller need different calculation times up to different test
methods, start testing after calculation finished;
If it doesn’t start at once after you clicked “start”, it is normal phenomenon, if over 10 seconds or longer
time, it still do not work, then it has the problem ;
stop：click it the test will stop; out frequency will drop to 0 Hz, running time also will stop;
Notice：It is need to wait for over five seconds to restart the testing after stop.
After set the related set freq and set time ，then click start to test，when the set time is reached, the testing
will stop automatically and record the tested time;

finished test, save the data to USB in recognized format;
If the USB doesn’t connect before test, the data can’t be transferred out;
If data transferred function isn’t selected to equip for this machine, this button without effect;
curve clear：click it, clear the test process curve to zero
controller will clear all the curve to zero automatically before test, after finished test,it will
automatically stop record curve
5.2. linear sweep test：
linear sweep：according to the set lower limit and upper limit frequency range and the set of frequency
sweep speed, automatic do reciprocating frequency point scanning;
end frequency：the lowest frequency point when automatic sweep frequency
start frequency：the highest frequency point when automatic sweep frequency
sweep frequency speed: the increasing or decreasing speed rate when automatic sweep
frequency

sweep spd：click the set frame place, input the needed sweep frequency speed, unit is Hz/s
out freq：display the current working frequency of the vibration table, unit is Hz
vertical：click it if displays in green color, the vibration table will switch over to vertical vibration status,
press it again it will display in red, then the vibration table switch over to the horizontal vibration status;

5.3.logarithmic frequency sweep test:

VI.Regular Maintenance Method
1. Keep the out shell of the machine clean, clean the dirty always.
2. The plating part please use oil or rust-proof oil to wipe in order to prevent rust and keep light.
3. Check the vibration table and motor fixed screws regularly , tighten it always;
4. The control cabinet and vibration table are forbidden to get wet or water in case of damage to the
electronic components.
