While on site, you will interview one other volunteer/employee, extending past the 6 contact hours. Upon completion, a paper will be written outlining the experience and providing a summary of the service. as well as knowledge gathered from the interview. Items to address include, but are not limited to what was expected prior to completing the service, what actually happened, what you expected to gain from the experience, what you actually gained from the experience, what service did you provide the organization, description of the type of person you assumed you would be assisting and description of the people you worked with.
