You want to apply the following position. Write the hiring person a proper email
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and
service problems.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting
information about other products and services.


Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to
solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure
resolution.

Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer
information and analyzing customer needs.

Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer
information.


went for a job interview for the job posting above.
Proper email writing checklist:
 Sender has a professional email
 Sender included a short, clear and appropriate subject
 Has proper salutation
 First paragraph the sender introducers him/herself
 Body of the email clearly explains the purpose of the email and provides enough
detail but not too much.
 The email is no longer than 5 paragraphs and each paragraph separated by
space
 Last paragraph is a closing remarks
 Proper email signature, using full name and appropriate titles, websites and or
email address.
 Email includes relevant information pertaining to the scenario
 Email is free from grammar and spelling mistakes
