Description
To assess the existing indoor air and surface microbial contaminat
ion it is necessary to perform a random IAQ (Indoor Air Quality M
onitoring) and surface swab testing prior to the cleaning & disinf
ection procedure.
For this we assign a third party environmental testing lab to analy
ze the below parameters:
1. Total Bacterial Count in Air
2. Total Fungal Count in Air
3. Surface swab testing for bacterial count
Duration of air sample collection: 1 hour
Test result turnaround time: 4 days

Description
This procedure will be performed by spraying the biocide with th
e electrical sprayer/fogger on to all general human contact surfac
es and the air spaces inside the premise.
A Contact time of 5 hours to be given for the disinfectant to react
with the surfaces, the disinfectant sprayed to the air space shall b
e settled to all the surfaces and self-dry in approximately 5 hours.

The premise shall be evacuated ensuring no occupants other than the service providers.
The service provider personals shall be dressed in disposable coveralls, gloves, goggles and mas
ks. The disinfectant used shall be within the microbial disinfection range that shall be ensured by th
e Environmental Chemist.
The centralized air conditioning shall be kept on for the disinfectant to circulate.

Electrochemically activated chlorine produced from Sodium Chloride Salt solution and electricity.
