Registration
Prepare for Takeoff
We are excited to have you at The University of Dayton for NACURH 2020!
Before heading into the registration process, it is strongly encouraged that you
gather the following information. Please reach out to the registration chair,
Jessica Rach, at conf_registration@nacurh.org with any questions or concerns.

Registration Cost
Registration will cost $280 USD ($363.43 CA) per delegate, student or advisor.
Delegate Cap
NACURH 2020 is excited to be the first Annual Conference that does not have a
delegate cap! All institutions are invited to bring as many delegates as they
believe would best support and benefit their institution. Whether you want to
come with 15 of your closest friends, or just your best friend, our doors are open!
Late Registration
Any institution registering after the close of General Registration will be charged a
late registration fee of $10/delegate.
Payment Information
Both checks and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Institutions will
be invoiced with 30 days of closing of registration. All invoices must be paid
before checking in at NACURH 2020, per NACURH Policy Book Title 11.

Note: Parking passes will be provided at no additional charge.
Booking Your Flight
Registering for NACURH 2020 has been designed from the ground up to be as seamless and as
intuitive as possible. Read more below to learn what you need to do to register your delegation!
Registration Process
Institutional Registration
Step 1
Who: Completed by the primary contact for the delegation-- typically the NCC
What: During this step, the NCC will complete the following:
1) Create the NCC profile
2) Provide institutional details
3) Add delegates to their group
-NCC will provide the name and email address for all their delegates
4) Indicate whether the following are needed for each delegate:
-Advisor singles
-Shuttles to and from Dayton International Airport, or Columbus
International Airport. Please note that only quantities are needed at
this point, but not specific times.
NOTE: once the NCC completes step 1, added delegates will receive an email invitation to begin
their individual registration for step 2.
Individual Registration
Step 2
Who: Completed by each delegate added by the NCC in step 1
What: During this step, each delegate will complete the following:
1) Complete demographic information
2) Indicate personal accommodations
3) Provide health insurance information
-Provider
-Policy number
-Phone number for provider
4) Provide travel information
-If driving:
-Estimated time and date of arrival
-Number of vehicles bringing
-If flying:
-Arrival airport
-Arrival date and time
-Arrival flight number
-Departure airport
-Departure date and time
-Departure flight number
5) Complete waivers and agreements
NOTE: the NCC will receive an email notification each time a delegate in their group completes their
registration, making it easy to keep track of your group!
