Student is pushing themselves beyond their current ability and range of
motion, opting for the most advanced level of stretch (oversplits)
Student is completing all endurance/strength building tasks (push
ups/planks/ squat/arm series) without stopping.
Student adds element of performance, i.e. expression, dynamic of
movement, musicality during all activities in addition to constantly applying
technical elements.
Student is dressed out in dress code compliant dance wear.
Student is actively participating in stretching (splits, straddle, hamstring pull)
pushing him/herself to her maximum range of motion.
Student is completing all endurance/strength building tasks (push
ups/planks/ squat/arm series) without stopping.
Student is applying technical elements (pointed toes, straight legs, core
engaged) during all activities.
Student may or may not be dressed in code compliant dance wear.
Student is actively participating in stretching activities (splits, straddle,
hamstring pull).
Student is attempting to complete endurance/strength building tasks (push
ups/planks/ squat/arm series) with minimal stopping.
Student is frequently applying technical elements (pointed toes, straight
legs, core engaged) during all activities.
Student may or may not be dressed in code compliant dance wear.
Student is sporadically participating in stretching activities (splits, straddle,
hamstring pull).
Student is taking frequent breaks during endurance/strength building tasks
(push ups/planks/ squat/arm series).
Student is sporadically applying technical elements (pointed toes, straight
legs, core engaged) during all activities.
Student may or may not be dressed in code compliant dance wear.
Student is not participating in stretching activities (splits, straddle, hamstring
pull).
Student is not attempting to complete endurance/strength building
tasks(push ups/planks/ squat/arm series) .
Student is not applying technical elements (pointed toes, straight legs, core
engaged) during all activities.
