Answer 1: There is no specific annual budget for this bid. It is for an indefinite quantity and indefinite delivery for various wet well and manhole coating projects. Work orders will be issued to the awarded Bidder on an as-needed basis. Question 2: Would please provide a copy of the bid tabulation from the two previous bids of this nature? Answer 2: To receive a copy of the previous bid (Bid 10-071) and its bid analysis, please email your request to Ari Goldstein, Procurement Analyst, at arigoldstein@polkcounty.net. Be sure to the current Bid Number, Bid Title, and your request in the email. Question 3: Would you please provide a copy of the previous annual contracts for this work? Answer 3: Please refer to Answer 2. Question 4: Would please provide a copy of all work orders issued off of the previous bid over the last year? Answer 4: There was no previous annual bids or contracts for work similar in scope to this bid over the last year. Prior work was award per project on an as-needed basis. Question 5: Can Madewell's, ML-PF, Pure Calcium Aluminate Cement Mortar be considered as an equal to Sewpercoat? Answer 5: Only materials that are present within the County’s approved materials list will be accepted for this bid.
