The school based assessment S.B.A designed for secondary school
student in grade 11. It is worth 50% of the total marks. The school based

The researcher major accomplishment related to this project is the
sufficient knowledge gain on the human resource management office
in N.PG.
One major challenge the researcher had to face was that the researcher
had a letter to the business company to seek their permission to visit
the business organization to carry out the interview. The manager was
however did not want the researcher to carry out this part of the
S.B.A, but the researcher explain the purpose of this. The reason why
is to gather all the necessary information needed to complete the
S.B.A .
