THE CHOICE IS YOURS
There is no such thing as “one size fits all”. What you need is partners who are as flexible as you. It
is to that end that we offer our services “À la carte”. Choose the services that suit your needs and
skip the ones you don’t. Start with option A. and simply pay a small monthly retainer fee to facilitate
ongoing consultation with our team of cannabis experts but add on more at any time as you see fit.
We do our best to use flat rates where possible, but as project scope and timeframes may vary, so
too will pricing for document creation. Rates are provided below.
A. Retainer Fee: Ongoing Advisory Services
Term Length: 6-months from date of signing
Payment Term: Upon contract signing
Renewal: month to month term will renew automatically unless cancelled by LPS or client a
minimum of 14-days prior to the end of the term
Price: $2,000/month retainer ($12,000 for 6-months upfront, monthly thereafter)
Hours: Up to 20 hours per month for assessment, advisory, or other consulting services with
access to LPS staff and Master Growers
Additional Hours: Charged at $150/hour, billed on next invoice
B. Material Creation: Facility Design, Business Plan, SOP Creation
Term Length: One-time
Payment Term: Upon initial invoice
Price: TBD (varies depending on scope & timeframe)
Includes (Examples): Cultivation plan designed by Master Grower; Facility layout design for
cultivation and/or processing facility; Facility equipment list; Production SOPs for
corresponding cultivation plan.
Hourly Rate: Charged at $150/hour, billed on next invoice.
C. Facilities Management: Administration and Crop Management
Term Length: 1-year from date of signing
Payment Term: Upon invoice
Price: TBD (varies depending on scope and tasks)
Includes (Examples): Administration of day to day operations; Delegation of tasks necessary
for facility operations; Crop Management including but not limited to, pest and disease control,
nutrient management, seed and plant selection, crop waste handling and disposal, and quality
control; Hiring and direction of third-party contractors, growers or other service agents as
needed; Hiring and Management of Human Resources where needed.
D. Systems Licensing: Implementation and use of LPS Grow Solutions
Term Length: 1-year from date of signing
Payment Term: Upon invoice
Price: TBD (varies depending on system details)
Includes (Examples): Use of LPS OORBS biodigesters, Vortex shedding fans, Symbiota
supplement, All in one nutrient solutions, Balance Bac engineered Humus etc.
**Prices to not cover third party fees or the costs associated with the implementation of recommendations or the
unforeseen.
