FO/GO NOTE: Travel to countries / areas specified as USPACOM Travel Restricted must be certified as mission essential and requires an
Individual AT Plan (IATP) approval by a Flag Officer / General Officer (FO/GO) / Civilian Senior Executive Service (SES) in the traveler’s /
deployed unit’s chain of command. After Mission-essential certification and IATP approval by FO/GO/SES, final travel approval must be
requested from HQ USPACOM J34 via the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS). All other travel (non-travel
restricted areas) requires only a Travel Tracker entry. However, Service Components may require their personnel complete and submit a full
AT Plan regardless of destination. Check with your AT Officer for your specific requirements. The website for completing your IATP or
