UNDERWORLD THEME PARK PROJECT





Who: Groups of 2-4 students (your choice)
What: As a group, you will create your own Underworld Theme Park, based on the
characters, events, myths and challenges noted in the stories we have read (and any
other outside sources you might know; i.e. Dante’s Inferno). Each group will create
a poster illustrating the park and provide a typed brochure highlighting the park
attractions.
Where: You will work on the project in class. Anything not completed during class
will be your responsibility to complete at home.
When: It is due on ______________. POSTERS AND BROCHURES MUST BE READY TO TURN IN
AT THE BEGINNING OF THE HOUR.
Why: Some students are not good test takers but still know the material expected of
them. This assignment is meant to be a fun, creative way to show your knowledge of
the important location.

WORTH 50 POINTS.
Park contains all the required elements.
Park and brochure must be neat and organized.
Proper spelling and grammar are used on poster and in brochure.
All members must participate equally. If necessary, individual, rather than group grades,
will be assigned. For this reason, each group will fill out a log
