After such inspection and hazards or violations are to be corrected immediately by the employers and through doing so proves that OSHA conducts general work places inspection. Occupation Health and Safety sets standards for workplaces; this are made possible though listening to the recommendations from their various advisory committees. Investigations on the accidents and occupational diseases in the work place; the occupation Safety Health Authority owns a role of conducting investigations on issues of accidents and diseases that occurs in the workplace under the authority given by the inspector through holding formal investigation or investigating the circumstances of any incident that occur in factory or workplace and any injuries, illness, death of any person to be occurred in the working place, as it has been provided under section 7(1) and 81(1)8.
