Size of role: Is the face of the Melbourne office, welcoming all visitors and assisting 100+ staff with office/workspace related
enquiries.

All staff & clients – as needed
Overall job purpose:
This person will: manage the reception area; answer and route all telephone calls; meet and greet visitors to the iSentia
Media office in a professional and courteous manner; manage the meeting rooms; organise catering, arrange & distribute
couriers and mail; maintain the corporate kitchen; order and maintain stationery and kitchen supplies; liaise with service
contractors such as building maintenance, cleaners, security; provide training and direction to new staff; provide
administrative support as required and; manage the performance of the afternoon receptionist.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1 Management of Reception





Provide professional and efficient service to clients and staff
Answer and route all telephone calls in a professional and
courteous manner
Arrange and distribute couriers and mail promptly
Greet all visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner
Maintain professional presentation of the reception area
2 Manage and maintain meeting rooms, corporate kitchen and
stationery supplies
 Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and kitchen and
keep stationery & kitchen supply levels consistent
 Order and distribute stationery & kitchen supplies to staff
 Keep meeting rooms clean & tidy by clearing them promptly
 Pack & unpack dishwasher
 Manage meeting room bookings

Provide efficient and professional administrative services to
other staff and departments.
Cooperate with other staff or departments requests for
assistance with administrative tasks such as filing, data
