Critical relationships: All staff & clients – as needed Overall job purpose: This person will: manage the reception area; answer and route all telephone calls; meet and greet visitors to the iSentia Media office in a professional and courteous manner; manage the meeting rooms; organise catering, arrange & distribute couriers and mail; maintain the corporate kitchen; order and maintain stationery and kitchen supplies; liaise with service contractors such as building maintenance, cleaners, security; provide training and direction to new staff; provide administrative support as required and; manage the performance of the afternoon receptionist.
