Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keaktifan dan hasil
belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan Student Centered Approach
dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada pembelajaran Seni Rupa SMP Negeri 10
Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan bentuk eksperimen
semu (Quasi Eksperimen), Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan
keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan Student
Centered Approach dengan pembelajaran konvensional dengan taraf signifikansi
0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan
Student Centered Approach berpenggaruh terhadap keaktifan dan hasil belajar.
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the difference of the activeness and learning
outcomes between students treated with Student Centered Learning (SCL) Approach
and students treated with Conventional Learning strategy in Fine Arts learning at
SMP Negeri 10 Padang. It was a quantitative research with quasi-experimental form
(Quasi Experiment). The results showed that there were differences on the activeness
and learning outcomes between students treated with Student Centered Learning
(SCL) Approach and students treated with Conventional Learning strategy with a
significance level of 0,000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Student
Centered Learning Approach affects the activeness and learning outcomes of
students.
