Materials: Book (Ready for CAE), handouts with texts and statements, board, CD player, Class
Audio, cards with the words.
Aim: To form intercultural-communicative skills for professionally oriented communication on
the topic.
Objectives: Teaching and encouraging students
 to read the text for general understanding
 to enrich vocabulary
 to learn to memorize the information in a short period of time and tell it to their partners
 to know how to pick up the main information and work within the small groups
 to know how to compare and contrast objects

written different ways to obtain more words or groups of
words. Create new words by rearranging the letters in
the ones below – some van be trickly!

“Information”. Read your definition to the class, discuss
it and choose the best one.
