MANAGEMENT PROFILE

Capt Mohd Noor bin Kasim, age 57, is the Chairman of the company. He
had a qualification in Master Mariner Class 1, Australia. He served with MISC
Berhad for 35 years which had covered in all crosses of functions, such as,
Sea going officer, Manager Fleet Personal Department, Marine
Superintendent, Operation Manager in Taker Division, Senior Manager in
Petroleum Tanker, Head of Chemical Tanker Division, General Manager Fleet
Operation Department and his last position was as General Manager Fleet
Personal Department.

Abdul Malek bin Ahmad, age 42, is the Managing Director of the company.
He holds the Bachelor Business Administration (Marketing) at Universiti Putra
Malaysia (UPM). He had 20 years experience in the marine industry. With
MISC Berhad / PNSL Ship Management Sdn. Bhd. he served as Sea going
officer, Technical Assistant in Fleet Department, Senior Procurement
Executive, Procurement Manager, Manager Development and Human
Resource Sea.

Zaihan bin Md. Lani, age 47, is the General Manager, Operations of the
company. He holds Masters in Laws at University of Malaya. He served 10
years as Senior Police Officer and later pursued his career in banking and
financial institution for 12 years started as Internal Auditor, Assistant Manager
in Investigation, Deputy Manager in Compliance and his last position was as
Assistant Vice President in Employee Relations.

Nur Amalina binti Mohd Kamal, age 24, is a graduate in Bachelor in
Accounting at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). She had completed
accounting practical training and attended accounts and audit training for xis
(6) months.

Muhammad Haidar bin Jamal, age 25. Experienced in procurement and
delivery activities for the past 4 years

The demand for ocean transportation in Malaysia’s international trade is
very high and this is largely because of the size of the country’s external
trade sector and its high dependence on foreign trade. It is estimated that
about 95 per cent of the country’s trade is seaborne, carried by ships, and
the remaining volume by air, rail and road. This invariably makes shipping
and the maritime sector a very important component of the national
economy.
It was estimated that 16% out of 30,000 ships calls at major ports in
Malaysia calling in Johor in a year i.e. third highest after Port Klang and
Sabah ports.
While for industry sector, Johor state is also one of the important locations
