The list is as follows: - ALSS Alpha – Tr Hafiz bin Abu Kasim - ALJS Beta – Tr Noor Nagihah bt Shamsuri - ALS Business – Tr Noraida Haslina bt Abdul Rahman - ALJ Business – Tr Nurul Ain bt Amran All Homeroom Teachers Homeroom teachers are also reminded to always update the Student Attendance Record book. 1.2 STUDENT REGISTRATION 1.2.1 11 new students have registered online for the July 2018 intake. 1.2.2 8 of the students are from IISM Secondary while another 3 are from other International Schools 1.2.3 All Staff 3 students from India have yet to confirm their attendance for the registration day. Page | 1 1.2.4 Registration Day is set at 9th of July 2018. 1.2.5 Registration Day Committee are as follow: All Staff Venue and AV system – Tr Hafiz / Tr Zainul Registration counter – Pn. Norazlina Refreshments – Tr Nurul Ain Orientation Program – Tr Noor Nagihah / Tr Noraida / Tr Saripah 1.3 ACADEMIC MATTERS 1.3.1 Teachers were asked to submit their scheme of work by 2nd of July to be reviewed and compiled. 1.3.2 New Lesson Plan files can be collected at the A Levels office right after the meeting 1.3.3 New academic timetable will be distributed next week. 1.3.4 Teachers were also aked to make sure that the classrooms are in good condition. Page | 2 2 2.1 OTHER MATTERS 2.1.1 Tr Nagihah wanted to know whether the 3 semester program for A Levels that is set to start in July 2018 with its 1st batch of students will be permanent or until the JPA send their students back to the school. 2.1.2 Tr Zainul informed that it is up to the management to decide based on the future outcome of the Department. 3 OTHER MATTERS That there being no other matters to be discussed, the meeting was concluded at 10.10am.
