SMALL STEED THEATRE: CONTRACT OF SERVICES
1) I Matthew Gouldesbrough hereby agree to participate in the production of WE
USED TO PLAY TOGETHER at the BREAD AND ROSES THEATRE Clapham on
both the 7th and 8th of OCTOBER 7pm, fulfilling the role of lighting and sound
technician.
2) I Matthew Gouldesbrough hereby agree to commit to the above dates and by
signing this contract can confirm I am indeed available and able to attend the
technical rehearsal on the 7th of October, beginning at 4.30pm at the BREAD AND
ROSES THEATRE.
3) I Matthew Gouldesbrough hereby have agreed to participate in this production
under a fixed fee agreement, which will be a grand total of £120 for my services
rendered on the 7th of October and on the 8TH. Payment will be made within 30
days of receipt of invoice, which can be billed/sent after services have been
rendered for the above dates.
4) I Matthew Gouldesbrough hereby agree to give at least one months notice if there
are any factors which arise that will prevent me from fulfilling my role as lighting and
sound technician for this production on the above dates specified.
By signing and dating below I acknowledge that I have read and understood all of the
above and that my signature signifies my agreement to the terms laid out in this contract.
