Among this program, we can make a full use of the teaching approaches, methods or the second language acquisition to analyze how children can learn the language successfully throughout this event. To put it simply, this program is using a moderate way for children to acknowledge the motivation for learning English. Comparing to the other way in learning institution, some parents might think that it is the way to put into the practice, which is “Don’t let the child to lose on the start line”. However, this phenomenon is an adverse effect. As a matter of fact, we can use this program to observe the main purpose or the variety of development issue to the modern era. Research Purpose: 1. To find out the changes od elementary school in their learning motivation 2. To discover whether picture story books or other picture materials are suitable for the program 3. To investigate the teaching theory and approach throughput this research Research Question: 1. What are the changes of learning motivation for elementary school? 2. Are picture story books or visual aids suitable for them? 3. What teaching theory and approach can be put to use? Introduction In 2018 years, Taoyuan Country started to promote a project “Big hands holding little hands” which was to recruit college students to help with elementary school children’s learning through Morning Study Time and Remedial teaching. This study plan investigated a charitable event that have relationship with teaching towards the elementary students in. Among this program, we can make a full use of the teaching approaches, methods or the second language acquisition to analyze how children can learn the language successfully throughout this teaching implementation. To put it simply, this program is using interactive for children to acknowledge the motivation for learning English. (S1) Based on the purpose and research question that we have mentioned, we can use some literature reviews to discover. In terms of investigating the changes of children’s learning motivation, we can quote some theory of second language acquisition. For the teaching object, here are two to three analysis which are interpreted by the second language acquisition theory. The children age for learning English with this program is about 7 to 8 years old; that is to say, the application of Critical Period Hypothesis and children’s learning motivation. Coming up with the Critical Period Hypothesis, everyone generally thinks that three years old to twelve between this periods is the key term to acquire the second language, which is English. This investigation initially is mentioned by Eric Lenneberg in 1967 with Biological Foundations of Language. Shovel (2000) had mentioned that the well-liked value which toward to children as L2 learners were “greater” to adults. In the other words, the younger the learner, the quicker the learning process and the better the outcomes. However, Johnston (2002) set a closer inspection of the ways in which age collaborate with other changeable revealed a more complex picture, with both favorable and unfavorable age-related differences being associated with early- and late-starting L2 learners. The investigation of CPH is a narrowly focused proposal subject to recurrent debate though an age of the factor is an uncontroversial research variable extending from birth to death, especially for the stage of the children. Furthermore, Based on our topic, the program methods is using the story book to reinforce children’s learning motivation. Why can be interpreted? To put it simply,
