Abstract - The online event management system is an online
event management system Software that serves the
functionality of the event manager. The system allows only the
registered students to log in and new students allow to
register. The proposed system to be a web application. In the
proposed system student will participate in the event through
the online registration. The student will get all details
regarding events online after the login. HOD will update all
information on the event on the department portal and the
student will easily get all the details. When the event first
round is completed the qualified and non-qualified students
list will be available on Admin module and HOD will continue
the further procedure. After completion of the event, all
participated students, as well as winner students, will get their
certificate on their Gmail account. The proposed system
improving the efficiency by Automatic and implementing event
collaboration, monitoring and management system. Provide
reliable and user-friendly event management system

event management system. This technique helps the event
management company to manage their work on-line and
that they also can retrieve a report of the last event they
need completed.
EXISTING SYSTEM
Existing system event management is manual. In this system,
all work is done by manually so it can take more time to
complete event-related work. So it is difficult to manage all
event activity manually. In the existing system does not help
users to get the right information at the right time
