Sub: Prayer for leave of absence for sickness.
Dear Sir,
With due respect and humble submission to state that, I had a Swelling in scalp
over of head operation on January 25th, 2018. Due to my operation I missed 2
classes (25-01-2018 to 26-01-2018) I am really sorry for missing 2 days of classes,
I have also attached the medical certificate from the hospital detailing on my
confinement. I know I’ve missed a lot of classes, discussions and class test. I’m
looking forward to consider my attendance and your help to recovery that I missed
in last 2 classes.
I therefore, pray and hope that you would kind enough to grant my application.
